About the Role

In this role, you will support all phases of utility construction on telecom projects, ensuring work is done right and meeting challenges head‑on. The position involves operating a range of light construction equipment and collaborating with the crew to maintain productivity and safety. • Operate light construction equipment such as backhoes, cable plows, trenchers, and hydraulic reel trailers, and perform required maintenance. • Troubleshoot field problems as they arise. • Read and interpret utility locates and above‑ground utility indicators to ensure crew safety and productivity. • Apply strong problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach to tasks.

What You Bring
