About the Role

The Radiography Systems Sales Manager will grow the 2D X‑ray and Industrial CT portfolio in India, targeting sectors such as electronics, EV and battery, automotive, aerospace, defence, and research. Working closely with the Customer Solutions Centre in Bengaluru, the role involves building pipelines, closing new system sales and upgrades, and leveraging flagship Phoenix CT and 2D systems. • Develop and execute territory plans targeting EV/battery, electronics, aerospace/defence, and academia • Generate pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, and deliver accurate quarterly forecasts • Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Service, Product Management, and Commercial Operations for solutioning and handover • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with tender and company ethics guidelines • Pursue new logos and expand existing accounts through upgrades and software sales

What You Bring

Candidates should hold an engineering degree or diploma and possess 4–7 years of sourcing experience, preferably with mechanical or industrial engineering backgrounds. Familiarity with valve manufacturing, foundry processes, and ERP tools like SAP or Ariba is advantageous, along with strong business acumen, data analysis, and presentation skills. • Own full sales cycle for radiography systems and upgrades across India • Hold an engineering degree or diploma with 4–7 years of sourcing experience in mechanical/industrial engineering • Valve manufacturing or foundry process experience is a plus; SAP or Ariba knowledge beneficial • Strong quantitative, data analysis, presentation, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities • Ability to work across global time zones and manage multiple priorities
