Industrial Maintenance Technician MRF - Overnight Shift
Maintain and repair plant equipment on overnight shift at WM recycling facilities.

About the Role
In this role you will keep the plant operating smoothly by maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment, performing preventive inspections, and responding quickly to breakdowns while adhering to strict safety standards. • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on balers, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, pulleys, shafts and bearings • Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace major mechanical and electrical components • Respond to emergency breakdowns and restore equipment safely and efficiently • Maintain daily equipment inspection backlog and meet standard repair time targets • Inspect third‑party repairs and recommend equipment or process improvements • Follow WM Safety, Life Critical Rules and OSHA standards in all work • Adjust work procedures to align with production schedules and report constraints to management • Keep work area clean and safe, complying with corporate and OSHA regulations

What You Bring
