About the Role
• Review owner contracts for compliance. • Develop and maintain master project schedule and quality‑control program. • Identify critical issues, milestones and potential cost risks. • Coordinate budget and scope reviews with Preconstruction. • Manage overall project budget and forecast additional costs. • Integrate safety planning into all project phases. • Oversee development of GMP or lump‑sum contracts. • Prepare subcontract and owner change orders and monthly requisitions. • Evaluate subcontractors’ financial capability and ensure contractual obligations before mobilization. • Manage project assets and conduct weekly/monthly job cost reviews. • Create look‑ahead schedules and enforce company quality‑control standards.

What You Bring
• Hold a four‑year construction/engineering degree or equivalent technical training. • Possess at least five years of construction, design, finance and management experience, including two years with a commercial electrical contractor. • Demonstrate proficiency with Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, MS Office and AIA contract documents. • Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, safety, scheduling and cost‑control skills.
