About the Role
This role is primarily remote with occasional on‑site visits for team‑building, training, and equipment pickup; advance notice will be provided for any required attendance. The Oracle ERP Sr. Staff Business Analyst joins the Enterprise Applications team to partner with Finance, Accounting, Revenue, and IT, focusing on Oracle Fusion modules such as Subscription Management, AR, RMCS, GL, FA, Cash Management, and SLA, and leveraging prior EBS R12 experience for migration and redesign. • Lead functional analysis, solution design, and fit‑gap assessments for Oracle Fusion Financials. • Translate finance business requirements into detailed functional specifications and process flows. • Support and enhance Fusion modules: Subscription Management, AR, RMCS (ASC 606), GL, FA, Cash Management, SLA, and AP. • Drive EBS‑to‑Fusion migration activities including data conversion, validation, parallel testing, and reconciliation. • Design and validate inbound/outbound integrations with CRM, Snowflake, GCP, and treasury platforms (e.g., Kyriba). • Manage projects using OUM/Agile methodologies, overseeing testing cycles, UAT, and stakeholder sign‑offs. • Provide production support, root‑cause analysis, and develop training, documentation, and best‑practice guides. • Maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships, influencing Oracle application standards and timely issue resolution.

What You Bring
The position also supports integrations with cloud data platforms like Snowflake and GCP and external systems such as CRM, requiring strong functional expertise, analytical rigor, and leadership in solution design, project execution, and operational support. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and bring 8+ years of Oracle Financials/ERP business analysis experience, deep knowledge of Fusion ERP, hands‑on EBS R12 work, and proven involvement in cloud transformation projects. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Oracle Cloud certifications, experience with tax engines, cash‑management integrations, ASC 606/IFRS 15 implementations, and background in renewable‑energy or subscription‑based industries. • Possess 8+ years of Oracle Financials/ERP business analysis experience with strong SQL and reporting skills. • Demonstrated expertise in revenue recognition, subscription‑based billing, and cloud data platform integrations. • Preferred: MBA, Oracle Cloud certifications, experience with tax engines (eBTax, Onesource, Vertex), cash‑management integrations, ASC 606/IFRS 15 implementations, and renewable‑energy sector knowledge.
