About the Role

The administrator directs administrative and field staff, prepares progress and final estimates, and develops project schedules to meet milestones. They coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, conduct site inspections, manage documentation, and present status reports to senior management. Additionally, they mentor junior staff and enforce company policies throughout the project lifecycle. • Oversee contract administration, scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management for transportation projects. • Direct and assign tasks to administrative and field personnel across all construction phases. • Prepare and review progress and final cost estimates throughout project execution. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely milestone delivery. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety. • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence. • Present status reports highlighting performance metrics, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management and clients. • Identify and resolve potential issues to minimize delays and cost overruns. • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
