About the Role
The role focuses on flawless technical execution, including monitoring operating and utilities costs, reviewing invoices for technical services, and ensuring contractor maintenance follows manufacturer recommendations and preventive standards. You will oversee repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electricity, lighting fixtures, and related equipment, as well as conduct routine inspections, inventory, and documentation of these systems. Strong leadership is required to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. You will supervise electricians, coordinate with superiors, peers, subordinates, and external vendors, and produce daily and weekly summary reports on maintenance activities. • Monitor operating and utilities costs and review technical service invoices. • Ensure contractor maintenance aligns with manufacturer recommendations and preventive standards. • Oversee repair and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems. • Conduct routine inspections, inventory, and documentation of building systems. • Supervise electricians and coordinate work across internal teams and vendors. • Generate daily and weekly maintenance activity reports. • Work on‑site in Mumbai, MH, for a 48‑hour weekly schedule.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a degree and have at least three years of relevant experience, demonstrating technical competence, knowledge of building policies, maintenance practices, and people management. Expertise in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or general property management is an added advantage.
