About the Role

The FMS Program Analyst will assist in managing complex Foreign Military Sales efforts, reviewing Requests for Information and Letters of Request for Patriot and Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System information. The role coordinates with Program Management Offices, industry partners, and other commands to generate Letters of Request and Letters of Offer and Acceptance, and supports logistics requirements such as ground support equipment, transportation plans, and foreign visits to the United States. • Respond to FMS taskers and ensure obligation plans are documented correctly. • Review funding goals and provide recommendations to align execution with plans. • Draft memorandums of request and coordinate Letter of Offer and Acceptance response documents. • Prepare updates for COP/CEA 7 reports, country briefings, and related memoranda. • Plan, execute, and take minutes at Program Management Reviews and other meetings. • Develop FMS cases in DSAMS and manage all aspects of the FMS Repair and Return program. • Support integrated logistics requirements, including ground support equipment, multimodal transportation plans, and working group activities. • Assist with foreign visits to the United States for platform‑related meetings.

What You Bring

Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and preferably two years of FMS experience, an active secret clearance (or eligibility), and the ability to travel up to 25 % domestically and internationally.
