About the Role
The Specialist Sales Engineer will develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sales and marketing plans to drive profit growth and expand the Life Safety and Emergency Lighting product portfolio across KSA. Responsibilities include delivering accurate project quotations, providing timely sales analysis, offering technical support for design approvals and commissioning, and managing project design and implementation to ensure profitability and smooth handover. The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end‑users, advising management on product requirements to secure market share, and overseeing distributor performance to guarantee client satisfaction and equipment serviceability. • Develop and execute sales & marketing plans for growth. • Introduce new product lines and expand existing markets. • Prepare accurate project quotations in assigned areas. • Generate weekly/monthly sales analysis and forecasts. • Provide technical backup for design approval and commissioning. • Manage project design and implementation for profitability. • Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end‑users. • Advise management on product requirements to increase market share. • Oversee distributor management to ensure client satisfaction.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a graduate engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial engineering and possesses at least seven years of sales and marketing experience in electrical systems within KSA. Required skills include direct selling ability, technical knowledge of emergency lighting or safety systems, strong presentation and communication capabilities, instrumentation knowledge, PC literacy, and a transferable visa. • Require 7+ years sales/marketing experience in electrical systems.
