About the Role

The Welcome Center Representative is responsible for checking in Mini‑Vac clients and supporting the manifesting of OPC tours. Representatives provide hotel reservation information, book tours, create reservations in Concierge, update client accounts, confirm hotel rooms, handle customer issues, and drive retail and hotel sales. Key duties include managing reservations, qualifying incoming guests, reporting tour reconciliations, rescheduling missed tours, and addressing both owner and non‑owner inquiries and special needs. The role also involves greeting guests, reviewing qualifications at booking and check‑in, supplying local area information, and selling tickets that enhance the vacation experience. • Book, modify, and service reservations for guests while communicating effectively • Confirm and qualify each incoming guest for their presentation • Report tour reconciliations throughout the day to appropriate departments • Answer questions from owners or non‑owners concerning reservations • Address special needs of owners and non‑owners • Greet non‑owners and guests arriving for their vacation • Review qualifications with guests at booking, confirmation, and check‑in • Provide guests with local information, maps to hotels, and surrounding area details • Sell Busch Gardens/Scuppers tickets and other enhances‑vacation tickets • Report arrivals, no‑shows, tour invites, late arrivals, and daily room/in‑house booking activity
