About the Role
The Technical Lead will manage and evolve platform, data, enterprise, and mission messaging, timing, and ephemeris services across the entire acquisition lifecycle, transitioning legacy capabilities to a common, data‑centric infrastructure. They will enable FGA stakeholders to collaborate, securely access, orchestrate, and execute mission capabilities while efficiently managing and reporting on mission datasets. • Manage and evolve platform, data, enterprise, and mission messaging/timing/ephemeris services throughout the acquisition lifecycle. • Transition legacy messaging/timing/ephemeris capabilities to a common, data‑centric infrastructure. • Enable FGA stakeholders to collaborate, develop, test, integrate, and operate mission capabilities securely. • Provide secure access, orchestration, and execution of mission capabilities and datasets. • Oversee monitoring, reporting, and management of mission capabilities and data services. • Serve as primary point of contact for contractor support to GED/EDAP SPO. • Define service architectures and deliver shared cloud‑based services using Agile acquisition techniques. • Manage the full software lifecycle, including supply chain, licensing, quality, reuse, procurement, distribution, assurance, and security per RMF. • Implement automation tools for continuous integration, delivery, static code analysis, test management, and credential management. • Apply Agile and DevOps methodologies to acquire, integrate, test, deploy, sustain, and evolve platforms, software, and data services.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings expertise in defining service architectures, working with multiple cloud frameworks, and applying Agile acquisition techniques. Experience is required in software lifecycle management, risk management framework compliance, and using automation tools for continuous integration, delivery, security, and data services. Key qualifications include a BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; ten years of experience with GEOINT, SIGINT, or Multi‑INT systems and software acquisition; three years leading cross‑organizational teams; and two years of hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies for platform and service development. • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. • 10+ years experience with GEOINT, SIGINT, and/or Multi‑INT systems and software acquisition. • 10+ years managing projects of similar size and scope. • 3+ years leading cross‑organizational teams to develop and execute software lifecycle acquisition plans. • 2+ years using CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in platform, software, and data service development. • 2+ years applying Agile software methodologies for acquisition, testing, deployment, sustainment, and quality assurance. • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; U.S. citizenship required.
