About the Role
The Sr. Account Director, a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Advisory Group, will manage one or more of the firm’s most dynamic client accounts, collaborating closely with peers and the account team to support each client’s strategic real‑estate vision. This role requires a thorough understanding of the client’s global real‑estate portfolio and oversight of optimization efforts, including the ongoing management of a comprehensive Plan of Record and financial cost‑saving initiatives. Key leadership responsibilities include managing financial and contract performance for assigned accounts, aligning real‑estate services with client business goals, and establishing vision, strategy, and performance metrics for relevant service lines. The director will develop and maintain strong client relationships, implement account governance, provide disciplined contract management, and contribute to service‑delivery strategy, pricing models, and RFP responses. Talent management, risk mitigation, cross‑functional collaboration, and revenue generation through P&L oversight are also essential. Transaction management is a core duty, encompassing oversight of service delivery, team coordination, broker selection, negotiations, data accuracy, legal review, financial reporting, dispute resolution, site visits, compliance with state standards, budgeting, revenue tracking, and management of client rebate accounts. • Oversee transaction service delivery • Coordinate and manage transaction teams • Oversee/manage field broker selection process • Determine clients' needs and communicate project parameters • Oversee negotiations and management of transactions • Collaborate with portfolio administration team to help ensure data accuracy • Coordinate legal review of all client leased/owned documents • Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting • Resolve landlord/tenant disputes • Coordinate client site visits/market tours • Ensure all state real estate standards are met • Oversee budgeting and revenue tracking of all transactions • Manage client rebate account

What You Bring
Required competencies include leadership, customer relationship management, technical skills, organizational design, strong oral and written communication, financial management, presentation, business acumen, and strategic planning. Candidates must have at least ten years of senior‑management experience, proven multi‑disciplinary team leadership, client and contract P&L management, and expertise in complex real‑estate transactions. Technical knowledge in areas such as IFM, PDS, TM, LA, or SCON, advanced financial analysis, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to interpret commercial real‑estate documents are required; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or ESRI is a plus.

Benefits
The position offers a compensation range of $212,500‑$250,000, competitive pay based on location and experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, flexible spending and health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time off.
