About the Role

The Production Manager oversees fabrication teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role is responsible for optimizing production efficiency, coaching team members, and collaborating across departments to meet customer and company objectives. It ensures safe and efficient operations in designated areas. We are seeking a dynamic, motivated leader with a focus on execution, problem‑solving, and team motivation. As a Training Coordinator at Veritas Steel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our workforce receives comprehensive training to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in bridge fabrication processes. You will collaborate with various departments to develop, implement, and evaluate training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge. • Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop comprehensive programs. • Design training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to various roles. • Incorporate best practices and industry standards into training content. • Conduct engaging training sessions using presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and hands‑on exercises. • Coordinate training schedules and logistics to minimize production disruption. • Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement. • Ensure training activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. • Maintain accurate records of attendance, completion, and performance evaluations. • Update training programs based on regulatory changes and industry trends. • Analyze training outcomes and performance metrics to identify improvement areas. • Work with managers to enhance training programs based on feedback and emerging needs. • Stay informed about advancements in training methodologies and technologies. • Provide guidance and support for employee professional development. • Serve as a resource for training‑related questions and concerns. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement. • Be part of building bridges that connect tomorrow’s communities.

What You Bring

Qualifications include experience in fabrication, proper weld procedures, blueprint reading, and oxy‑fuel torches, as well as proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in a manufacturing or construction environment. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies, along with excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, is required. Candidates must be detail‑oriented, organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to maintain a flexible schedule. • Experience in fabrication, proper weld procedures, blueprint reading, and oxy‑fuel torches. • Proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in manufacturing or construction. • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies. • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Ability to work effectively with diverse employee groups. • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
