What You Bring
Kimley-Horn's Akron, OH office is seeking a Structural Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join their Renewable Structures team. This role is based on‑site and is not a remote position. • 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience • Professional Engineering (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 12 months • Experience in the energy discipline, including design, permitting, and related software • Skills in task management, concept design, and supporting project management • Ability to coordinate with clients, attend meetings, and maintain quality standards • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and construction document preparation • Design experience covering utilities, site layout, drainage, due diligence, and permitting
