By delivering smarter building solutions, Johnson Controls helps customers focus on their core missions, whether in workplaces, schools, hospitals, retail or data centers, driving better outcomes for people, profit and the planet. • Network with industry contacts to raise Johnson Controls’ market visibility. • Identify, qualify, sell and close new Planned Service Agreement (PSA) opportunities. • Create and launch digitally‑enabled service products for PSA offerings. • Collaborate with local teams to develop proposals, estimates and client presentations. • Build strong client relationships to understand needs, set budgets and document requirements. • Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements. • Handover won deals to service delivery teams for implementation.
