Performance management, appraisal contributions, and individual development plans form part of the managerial remit. • Lead and coach a team delivering property repairs, surveying, and estate services across North London. • Serve as technical reference and escalation point, resolving operational and non‑standard issues. • Allocate work, monitor progress, and ensure timely, high‑quality completion of projects. • Conduct performance management, appraisals, and support individual development.

What You Bring
The successful candidate must have proven experience in leading, coaching, and managing performance, as well as delivering large, complex projects. Ability to travel across the region as needed and to obtain a Basic Criminal Record Check clearance is required.
