About the Role
The Maintenance Technician role supports facility operations across assigned properties by inspecting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems. The position balances independent task completion with collaboration with engineers to ensure optimal building performance and tenant satisfaction. The technician works on both routine preventive work and corrective interventions. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Conduct facility inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations. • Complete interior tasks such as hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing furniture, and fixing doors. • Replace lighting, clean HVAC coils, and change filters and belts. • Relocate office furniture, machinery, equipment, and materials upon request. • Update work order status in real‑time using CMMS tools like Corrigo. • Conduct hazard assessments and maintain compliance with safety procedures and codes.

Benefits
The position is based on‑site in Hollister, CA, with an estimated total compensation range of $83,000–$93,000 per year, subject to factors such as location and experience.
