About the Role
The Project Manager leads projects from pre‑booking through closeout, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and customer communication to ensure successful delivery. This role coordinates internal teams and subcontractors, manages forecasting and billing, controls change orders, and drives quality execution while maintaining strong client relationships and financial performance. • Identify the purpose, scope and goals of the project • Identify key objectives and deliverables • Identify necessary stakeholders and team members • Identify timeframe/schedule and cost estimates • Review proposal language and identify risks/unknowns • Communicate with customer within 24 hours of job booking, review scope and manage expectations • Develop baseline project schedule • Develop schedule of values and payment schedule • Document agreed schedules via email • Clearly define scope and ensure team understanding • Secure internal workers and subcontractors needed to carry out work • Train team to execute scope • Assess risks and define QA/QC protocol • Conduct project kick‑off meeting • Mobilize site and start up • Develop team member skills and ensure safe field activities • Track site activities and ensure timelines are met • Update project schedule as needed • Hold regular project status meetings with customer • Ensure subcontractors execute their scope • Submit invoices to customers to prevent underbilling • Evaluate costs and control deviation • Monitor installation activities and ensure quality work • Control scope creep and track change orders promptly • Manage underbillings and submit invoices per payment schedule • Conduct regular site visits to verify subcontractor and field work execution • Closely monitor budget/forecasting and proactively notify management of challenges • Complete all commissioning/testing and punch lists • Provide documented deliverables to customer (warranty documents, As‑Builts, etc.) • Submit final billings to customer • Coordinate turnover to sales team • Conduct Lessons Learned meeting with sales and PSG team to review project financials • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget • Work across departments to ensure successful project execution • Manage diverse internal employees and external stakeholders • Sit, stand, walk in office environments and construction sites

What You Bring
Indefinite U.S. work authorization is required; the organization does not offer future sponsorship for work authorization. • Minimum of high school diploma • Understand basic computer operating systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Empathetically understand issues and creatively resolve them for customer and employee satisfaction • Post‑secondary degree (Bachelors, Masters, etc.) in relevant field (preferred) • Military or technical trade school background (preferred) • Fiscal management including budgeting, forecasting, procurement (preferred) • Security, fire alarm, construction industry experience (preferred) • Experience with scheduling, project reporting, risk management (preferred) • NICET 1 Certification recommended within first 6‑12 months of employment (preferred) • PMP Certification highly preferred • Communicate effectively in English (see, hear, speak, write) • Manual dexterity for occasional reaching, lifting light office objects, and operating equipment • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lb; may be required to work at heights over 1.8 m (6 ft) • Office environment clean, orderly, well‑lit, ventilated; low to moderate noise levels • Required on‑site presence with customers or contractors across various settings • Driving to customer sites is required
