Candidates will work under remote supervision while representing the nation’s largest HVAC preventive‑maintenance company. • Be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Reside within 40 miles of the assigned region • Work safely at heights up to 40 feet using extension ladders • Weigh under 275 lb to meet ladder safety limits • Demonstrate independent work with remote supervision • Lift and carry up to 75 lb • Experience in facility or grounds maintenance • Construction background • HVAC experience • Cable installation skills • Route driving experience • Roofing experience
