About the Role

The Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) role invites leaders to take full responsibility for a high‑performing branch, build and lead a success‑driven team, and grow toward multi‑unit or sales leadership within a multi‑million‑dollar business. The manager will lead all aspects of branch operations—including sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics—drive financial performance and operational excellence, manage P&L and reporting, and coach and develop the team for success. • Lead branch operations: sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, logistics. • Drive financial performance and operational excellence; manage P&L and reporting. • Coach, develop, and motivate a high‑performing team.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a Business Management degree with at least one year of rental‑industry experience, or three to four years of rental experience, a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record, strong leadership and communication skills, solid understanding of P&L and financial controls, sales and negotiation ability, and preferably knowledge of construction or industrial markets. High accountability and time‑management are essential. The role requires physical ability to bend, squat, lift 50 lb or more, and work both indoors and outdoors as needed. Sunbelt promotes a safety‑driven culture, diversity, teamwork, and recognition for exceptional performance. • Hold a Business Management degree with ≥1 yr rental experience or 3‑4 yr rental experience. • Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Understand P&L, financial controls, and time‑management. • Possess knowledge of construction or industrial markets (preferred). • Meet physical requirements: bend, squat, lift 50 lb+, work indoor/outdoor.
