Job Highlights
About the Role
In this role you will deliver development feasibility studies for new and evolving data centre assets and manage asset condition surveys and technical due‑diligence assignments. You will provide technical input into option studies, risk assessments and development strategies, acting as the technical lead on selected advisory engagements with appropriate autonomy. You will also support the Head of Data Centre Development Advisory as a trusted sounding board on technical, commercial and delivery decisions. You will maintain consistent technical standards across advisory deliverables, applying pragmatic development‑led judgment rather than purely theoretical analysis. This includes reviewing and challenging assumptions within reports, programmes and risk narratives, and contributing to the refinement of internal templates, tools and guidance. Continuous improvement of deliverable quality and client experience is a key focus. The position supports business planning and service‑line development by contributing to bids, proposals and client presentations where technical credibility is required. You will help drive client engagement and relationship development alongside senior leadership, and provide input into market strategy and the evolution of service offerings as the advisory function grows. Collaboration across the Data Centre Group and the wider Cushman & Wakefield business is essential, and you will work with multidisciplinary teams across geographies. You will mentor and informally develop junior team members where appropriate and promote a pragmatic, collaborative, delivery‑focused advisory culture. • Lead development feasibility studies and early‑stage advisory for data centre assets across APAC. • Conduct asset condition surveys, technical due diligence, and risk assessments. • Serve as technical lead on advisory engagements, ensuring consistent standards and pragmatic judgment. • Support the Head of Technical Advisory in client‑facing decisions and business‑line management. • Contribute to bid proposals, client presentations, and market‑strategy development. • Mentor junior team members and promote collaborative delivery culture.
