Senior Product Manager
Own and build roadmap for enterprise SaaS rail traffic integration platform
Job Highlights
About the Role
As the inaugural product hire for the software platform, this role provides a 0‑to‑1 opportunity to shape vision, roadmap, and execution while working closely with engineering, operations, customers, and external rail partners. Collaboration will span autonomy and vehicle software teams, legacy rail systems, and modern APIs to deliver an enterprise‑grade solution that ties together transportation management, signaling, yard management, and train control. • Define and own the end‑to‑end product roadmap for the enterprise SaaS platform. • Partner with engineering to design and deliver a scalable rail traffic integration platform. • Lead product discovery across customers, rail partners, and internal stakeholders. • Drive integrations with legacy rail systems and modern APIs. • Collaborate cross‑functionally with autonomy and vehicle software teams. • Set and track product KPIs that reflect real‑world performance and customer value. • Ensure the enterprise software integrates effectively with existing rail industry platforms. • Facilitate prioritization, trade‑off discussions, and product decision‑making across teams. • 30‑day goal: build context across software systems, own core product requirements, identify key stakeholders, and produce a project schedule. • 60‑day goal: define an initial roadmap, capture user stories, translate customer input into clear requirements, and align vehicle and enterprise teams. • 90‑day goal: lead cross‑functional workstreams, develop specifications, set priorities with leadership, establish delivery expectations, and become the go‑to product owner.
