What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with an associate or technology degree in civil or architectural engineering preferred, and two years of building enclosure field inspection experience is desirable. Professional certifications such as WACEL, ACI, or AWCI are advantageous. The position requires the ability to lift 40‑70 lb repeatedly and occasionally 85 lb to waist height, as well as reliable transportation to job sites (mileage reimbursed). Standard hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM, though extended hours and overtime may be required, with pay ranging from $20 to $27 per hour based on location and qualifications. • Demonstrate responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self‑motivation. • Hold a high school diploma or GED; associate or technology degree in civil or architectural engineering preferred. • Possess at least 2 years of building enclosure field inspection experience. • Obtain professional certifications such as WACEL, ACI, or AWCI. • Lift 40‑70 lb repeatedly and occasionally 85 lb to waist height.
