About the Role
Primary duties include generating interest by touring the property, answering questions about amenities and the surrounding community, and highlighting the lifestyle a multifamily home offers. The consultant assists prospects in qualifying for a unit, initiates background checks, ensures apartments are move‑in ready, and delivers exceptional service to retain residents. What You Bring
Successful candidates demonstrate effective communication and customer‑service skills, basic Windows computer proficiency, and a courteous, professional demeanor. They must be well‑organized, meet deadlines, follow company policies, and work well as team players. Required education is a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, with at least one year of related leasing experience. The role operates in a professional office setting, using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, and may require travel between properties in various weather conditions. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and remaining seated or standing for most of the workday, with occasional travel up to 5% of the time. • Communicate effectively and deliver superior customer service. • Demonstrate basic Windows computer skills. • Possess at least one year of related leasing experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
