About the Role
• Provide reception support, answer calls and take messages promptly. • Distribute internal and external mail. • Order office refreshments and meeting lunches. • Type minutes, agendas and notices. • Create and manage required documents. • Maintain filing systems. • Meet and greet guests as the face of the organisation. • Organise refreshments for meetings and visitors. • Manage office diaries and book meeting rooms. • Receive deliveries and handle incoming/outgoing post. • Support net‑zero carbon goals by identifying and managing emissions during project delivery. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. • Proactively support sustainability and carbon‑reduction initiatives.
