About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork before move‑in and assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and resolve resident complaints, concerns, and requests. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist in upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model units. • Help implement the annual marketing plan and conduct ongoing market surveys and analysis. • Maintain product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; submit weekly market reports. • Deliver excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
