What You Bring
Success in this role requires effective communication, strong customer service, basic Windows computer skills, organization, professionalism, and teamwork, with a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience. The work environment is a professional office setting equipped with standard office machinery, with occasional travel between properties in varying weather conditions and physical demands such as extended standing, walking, climbing stairs, and up to 5% travel time. • Demonstrate basic Windows computer proficiency and strong organizational skills. • Hold a High School Diploma/GED and possess at least one year of leasing or related experience. • Work in an office setting with standard equipment; travel up to 5% between properties. • Meet physical requirements such as standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
