About the Role
Key duties include leading and coaching staff, maximizing operational efficiency, ensuring safety compliance, managing human‑resource administration, creating budgets and forecasts, analyzing competitors, and cultivating strategic customer relationships. The manager must also handle sales support, billing explanations, and store flow analysis to improve productivity and service levels. • Coach and motivate employees, set measurable objectives, and adjust staffing levels as needed • Direct staff performance, develop, evaluate, and motivate team members • Maximize operational efficiency and increase activity of slow‑moving assets • Implement SBR policies, conduct safety audits, and ensure OSHA/DOT compliance • Manage HR administration including payroll, scheduling, and paperwork • Create annual budget and forecasts; set financial goals using performance reports • Analyze competitor models and assist in strategic planning • Build strategic customer relationships and drive value‑added business activities • Explain billing procedures, develop customer trust, and assess rental needs • Conduct store flow analysis to improve productivity and service levels

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least three years in the rental equipment or construction industry and one year of operations or retail management experience, along with strong supervisory skills, construction equipment knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and the Wynne system. The role requires physical abilities such as lifting 50 + pounds and working both indoors and outdoors. • Apply basic knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and internal‑combustion systems for preventive maintenance • Minimum 3 years in rental equipment or construction; 1 year operations/retail management • Strong supervisory skills and knowledge of construction equipment • Effective communication and proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Internet, and Wynne system • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, squat, crouch, reach; indoor/outdoor work as required
