About the Role

We are looking for a Plant Quality Manager (PQM) to lead quality excellence at our manufacturing site, ensuring our products, systems, and processes meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations. The PQM will lead the Customer Satisfaction & Quality (CS&Q) function from incoming materials to final shipment, acting as the Voice of the Customer and fostering a culture of quality ownership. • Lead the CS&Q team, set plant quality objectives, KPIs, and improvement plans. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and Schneider’s Quality Management System; maintain audit readiness. • Oversee inspection programs, process control plans, and final product release; validate inspection tools and train staff. • Manage non-conformance, drive corrective actions, and conduct root‑cause 8D investigations. • Escalate systemic quality issues and coordinate with supplier quality teams for defect resolution. • Deploy LPAs, FMEAs, poka‑yoke, lead Gemba walks and Kaizen events to prevent defects. • Use quality dashboards and metrics to drive data‑based decisions. • Develop and mentor the CS&Q team and collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Field Quality.

What You Bring
• Require Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 7+ years of quality or operations leadership in manufacturing. • Possess strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC); Green or Black Belt preferred.
