About the Role
Key duties include setting safety as the top priority, leading daily calls with the Project Manager, hosting site walks, issuing RFIs/FDs, forecasting, updating progress spreadsheets, and confirming schedule and yellow‑off completions. The role also requires providing timely updates to clients and contractors and assisting with additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring
The work environment is typical of construction sites, with frequent distractions, loud noise, and the need to lift up to 25 lb. The employee must be able to drive to sites, stand, walk, stoop, and use a range of vision abilities. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. • Minimum education: high school diploma/GED; college coursework preferred; HSE certification a plus. • 10 + years of relevant construction experience or equivalent education/experience. • Strong verbal and written communication; problem‑solving and client interaction skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and project‑specific software. • Ability to make independent decisions, direct daily workflow, and lead site teams. • Core competencies: safety awareness, clear oral/written communication, teamwork, logical reasoning, adaptability to change, sound judgment, effective planning/organizing, and project management. • Physical requirements: regular sitting, frequent talking/hearing, occasional standing/walking/reaching, regular lifting up to 25 lb, and vision abilities including close, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Benefits
