About the Role
The role is essential for maintaining accurate financial operations of customer and vendor accounts, acting as the primary contact for accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) setup and issue resolution. It requires a high level of precision and timeliness to prevent disputes and financial disruptions, and includes leading weekly finance reviews with the RFM team. • Set up new customers accurately to avoid AR issues and disputes • Set up new vendors accurately to avoid AP issues and disputes • Submit tax exemption updates • Manage and resolve real‑time credit holds • Act as Accounts Receivable Subject Matter Expert and handle customer disputes • Process AAP transactions • Submit credit and invoice cancellation requests • Lead weekly finance review with RFM

What You Bring
• High School Diploma or GED required • 2+ years experience in customer service or service operations • 2+ years proficiency with Microsoft Office • 2+ years experience with S4/SAP preferred
