About the Role

The training experience includes rotational assignments across Operations, Sales, Finance, Maintenance, and Post‑Collection, where participants learn to lead large teams and manage complex infrastructure. They also engage in leadership development workshops, guest speaker sessions, and project‑based learning, receiving ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. Principal responsibilities involve gaining hands‑on experience in core operational areas, analyzing performance metrics such as sales, gross profit, and inventory, and supporting hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of staff. What You Bring

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead large teams in fast‑paced environments, strong analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills, and the capability to lead change and manage complex projects. A working knowledge of business finance, controls, and performance metrics is also required. Minimum requirements include at least two years of supervisory or management experience and a willingness to relocate for rotational assignments.
