About the Role

As a Project Manager you own the entire project lifecycle, from kickoff to closeout, working on mechanical, structural, and water‑treatment projects. You will lead budgets, schedules, contracts, and coordination among internal teams, subcontractors and clients while upholding RK’s safety, quality and accountability standards. The role involves planning, directing and coordinating mechanical, miscellaneous metal or structural steel construction projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget. You will supervise day‑to‑day project team operations, manage documentation, procure materials, negotiate subcontract agreements, control costs, oversee billing and retainage, and ensure proper staffing and equipment usage. • Supervise daily operations of project teams and ensure proper staffing and field force allocation. • Initiate, review, and maintain all project administration, documentation, permits, and contracts. • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, budgets, and buy‑out plans to meet or exceed cost targets. • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, negotiate and execute subcontract agreements and change orders. • Manage risk assessments, submittal reviews, billing schedules, progress billing, retention releases, and cash flow. • Conduct monthly labor productivity analysis and enforce tool and equipment return policies. • Oversee financial performance, cost control, forecasting, and approval of subcontractor and supplier invoices. • Provide project scope review, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and participate in sales‑to‑operations handover meetings.

What You Bring

• Require 10+ years of relevant experience with fiscal responsibility, or 5‑7 years for Assistant Project Manager roles, plus a college degree or equivalent. • Demonstrate independent decision‑making, relationship building across departments, and ability to solve complex, unprecedented challenges.
