About the Role
In the role of Structural Engineer, we will count on you to prepare analysis models, develop detailed Revit models, and lead design efforts across project phases. • Prepare structural analysis models using ETABS, RAM Structural System, SAFE, and RISA under senior engineer guidance. • Develop digital building models and details in Revit. • Work independently on medium to large projects or assist senior engineers on larger projects. • Review structural documents for interdisciplinary conflicts. • Write and edit structural specifications, select procedures and materials, and perform necessary calculations. • Coordinate the structural design team through design development and contract document phases. • Establish meetings and participate in reviews with governing agencies for code compliance. • Conduct design development and contract document work sessions on site with the Project Manager and other disciplines. • Coordinate workload to ensure design development and construction documents are completed on schedule. • Assist affected disciplines with addenda, RFIs, change proposals, and change orders, incorporating agreed changes into project documents. • Perform site visits and structural observations.

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in architectural or structural engineering and experience with data‑center design. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, a professional engineering license, and prior structural engineering experience. Candidates should be proficient with industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE, and related tools, and demonstrate a commitment to our employee‑owned culture. • Master's degree in architectural or structural engineering. • Experience with data center design. • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering. • Professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) recognized by the state licensing board. • Previous structural engineer experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RISA, Staad, SAP, Tedds, RAM, ETABS, SAFE or similar software. • Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm.
