About the Role
• Cultivate relationships with owners, developers, designers, and influencers in multi-family housing. • Manage a strategic account portfolio to increase specifications, brand preference, and revenue. • Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to deliver customized solutions. • Lead RFP processes and negotiate contracts to secure new business. • Track early-stage projects and influence specification decisions toward company products. • Conduct product presentations, CEUs, and design consultations for clients. • Support projects from concept through construction administration. • Create and execute sales and account plans with market analysis, revenue goals, and measurable outcomes. • Set retention and new-business targets, recommend product specifications, and organize customer events. • Analyze data and market trends to improve customer retention and drive growth. • Secure new product specifications and expand existing opportunities for market share growth. • Assist marketing initiatives, tradeshows, and product launches targeting the multi-family segment. • Collaborate with project sales, regional sales, distribution, and customer service for seamless execution. • Deliver Voice of Customer insights to product development and marketing teams. • Apply analytical abilities to assess market conditions and develop strategic responses. • Travel up to 60% of the time to meet customer needs. • Focus on exceeding targets and delivering high customer satisfaction. • Provide mental, physical, and financial wellbeing resources.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and at least five years of sales or sales-management experience. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. • Understand marketing, finance, and operations fundamentals. • Manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting business demands. • Possess experience in commercial interiors, residential design, or multi-family and hospitality sectors. • Have a background selling building products, fixtures, or durable goods for multi-family projects. • Be familiar with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms. • Show a record of managing long sales cycles and complex accounts successfully. • Hold CEU delivery certification or relevant experience (preferred). • Exhibit strategic thinking, high emotional intelligence, and influence at all organizational levels. • Work independently and collaboratively across functional teams.
