About the Role
The Leasing Consultant will deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents, employing professional sales and marketing techniques to sustain high occupancy. The role also involves coordinating move‑ins, maintaining accurate rental records, and handling resident inquiries and payments. • Greet prospective residents promptly and courteously • Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and timely • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth resident move‑ins • Maintain up‑to‑date rental files and accurately enter data • Prepare leases and oversee signing by new residents • Complete monthly administrative tasks and keep property paperwork organized • Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments • Participate in company profit sharing and 401(k) with employer match
