About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of a community, including handling service requests, preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and resident satisfaction. Working directly with the Community Manager, the supervisor oversees staff and vendors, manages inventory, and ensures that repairs, inspections and emergency calls are completed promptly and to quality standards. • Oversee daily maintenance operations, service requests, preventative programs, and safety compliance. • Schedule, coordinate, and respond to resident and management work orders; inspect property for hazards. • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a stocked, OSHA‑compliant maintenance shop. • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching. • Ensure high‑quality customer service, monitor request turnaround, and uphold community policies. • Perform on‑call emergency response and participate in unit inspections and make‑ready tasks.

What You Bring

• Require High School diploma, EPA & CPO certification (HVAC preferred), basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. • Physical ability to lift/move 100+ lb objects, work in confined spaces, and be on‑call for weekends/night shifts. • Must have reliable transportation for emergency calls.
