About the Role
As a Graduate Civil Engineer in the Water Division you will help create resilient water and wastewater infrastructure that addresses climate change, ageing assets and growing populations. You will work on designing pipelines and treatment facilities, contributing to safe, sustainable water systems for generations to come. • Design pipelines and water/wastewater treatment facilities through feasibility, outline, and detailed stages. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions. • Support projects from planning and modelling to construction, commissioning, and handover. • Use digital tools to enhance design quality and efficiency. • Grow technical and project management skills through mentoring and training. • Proactively take initiative to complete tasks efficiently and independently. • Apply a structured and analytical approach to problem solving.

What You Bring
We are looking for motivated graduates who have less than 12 months of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering obtained no earlier than 2024 (or expected in 2024). Candidates should demonstrate initiative, clear communication, attention to detail and an analytical problem‑solving approach. • Communicate effectively and clearly with clients and colleagues. • Deliver high‑quality written work with strong attention to detail and clarity.
