Most positions are first‑shift with pay up to $65 per hour based on experience and skill. Journeyman plumbers are invited to join a crew that values safety, productivity, and superior workmanship. Candidates must hold a Journeyman Plumbing License in Washington or Oregon (or be able to obtain one) and have at least four years of hands‑on experience in their chosen plumbing vertical. Required skills include reading schematics, strong communication, knowledge of local codes, the ability to work independently or in a team, and a focus on safety and quality control. • Hold a Washington or Oregon Journeyman Plumbing License (or obtain one). • Possess 4+ years of hands‑on plumbing experience. • Demonstrate strong communication and ability to work independently or in a team. • Know local plumbing codes and regulations.
