About the Role

Key responsibilities include building effective relationships with global stakeholders, planning and leading large‑scale or complex programs, managing communications with internal and external parties, developing risk‑management tools, delivering company‑wide process development, implementing design and construction controls, improving processes for hyperscale projects, training project teams, defining product information, and overseeing resource management. • Build effective relationships with global stakeholders for planning and strategic business cases. • Lead large‑scale, complex programs across functional teams to deliver strategic objectives. • Manage communications with local, global, and external consultants and customers. • Develop and apply risk‑management tools to identify and resolve issues. • Deliver company‑wide process development and implement design‑construction controls. • Drive process improvements for hyperscale projects and train project teams on new procedures. • Define and maintain product information for external teams in collaboration with product owners. • Oversee resource management, including people and finances, and coordinate external resources.

What You Bring

Candidates should have seven or more years of experience in the data‑center space, a diploma or bachelor’s degree in building services, architectural, mechanical or electrical disciplines, and preferably Foundation or PMP certification. A proven track record of managing successful programs is essential. • 7+ years experience in the data‑center industry, preferably in building services, architectural, mechanical or electrical disciplines. • Bachelor’s degree (or diploma) in a related field; PMP or Foundation certification preferred. • Proven track record managing successful programs and complex strategic initiatives.

Benefits

The targeted pay range varies by location, from $136,000 to $245,000 annual base salary, with additional compensation such as bonuses and equity. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education.
