About the Role
• Lead cross‑functional teams including construction supervisors, project managers, and administrative staff. • Ensure underground fiber projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high‑quality standards. • Drive revenue by managing resources efficiently and prioritizing customer needs. • Manage customer relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. • Oversee operational processes, safety compliance, reporting standards, and implement improvements. • Prepare forecasts, budgets, cost analyses and regular financial performance reports. • Conduct performance evaluations, training, and career path planning to develop the team. • Represent the company with vendors, subcontractors, and customers. • Promote a metrics‑driven safety culture and lead safety programs. • Maintain profit and loss responsibility and improve financial performance. • Apply knowledge of fiber‑to‑the‑home, wireline infrastructure, and basic accounting principles. • Uphold safety protocols (SSO, TRIR, DART) and pursue continuous improvement.

What You Bring
As a Wireline Telecom General Manager you will develop new skills, work in a safety‑minded environment, and help expand technology for a better community. The role requires experience leading teams in underground fiber‑to‑the‑home construction and mandatory wireline expertise, with a strong focus on revenue generation and customer‑facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions‑oriented, and hands‑on, with at least five years of progressive leadership experience in telecom construction. You should excel at coaching, mentoring, communication, negotiation, and maintaining a strong safety culture while adapting to change and driving continuous improvement. • Utilize Microsoft Office and quickly learn internal systems. • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
