About the Role
The role is responsible for implementing site performance‑improvement programs, which may include CAP, self‑assessment, benchmarking, human performance, operating experience, safety culture, NSRB activities, and INPO‑related tasks such as evaluation readiness and course scheduling. These initiatives support continuous improvement and safety excellence. • Implement and oversee site performance‑improvement programs (CAP, self‑assessment, benchmarking, etc.). • Analyze performance data to detect adverse trends and support corrective actions. • Conduct CAP investigations and assist with issue reviews. • Manage and report performance indicators. • Prepare cross‑functional Management Review Meeting packages. • Perform additional duties as directed, including emergency response coverage. • Meet required site access and medical examination standards.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent licensing/experience) with at least 5 years related experience and 2 years exempt‑level experience. • Prefer experience in performance improvement or operating reliability programs. • Preferred prior Senior Reactor Operator license or certification. • Qualified in root‑cause analysis. • Background in engineering, maintenance, or operations.
