About the Role

• Assist in developing project plans, defining scope and objectives, and maintaining documentation. • Monitor and manage project timelines and schedules. • Manage project budgets. • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information. • Serve as the communication point between teams, external partners, and clients, providing status updates. • Track progress, create status reports, and highlight potential risks. • Document and submit change orders. • Sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.

What You Bring

We are seeking a motivated professional for the Electrical Project Coordinator role. The coordinator will support Electrical Project Managers by coordinating activities, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring effective communication among clients and team members. • Possess 3–5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in the electrical field. • Demonstrate excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. • Exhibit strong multitasking, time management, and problem‑solving abilities. • Lift up to 15 pounds as needed. • Pass a Fit for Duty screening.
