About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role at Cushman & Wakefield works closely with the onsite management team to create a welcoming first impression for visitors, prospects, and residents, while managing personal success through occupancy and rent growth targets. What You Bring
Successful candidates demonstrate effective communication, strong customer service, basic Windows computer skills, courteous professionalism, organization, deadline adherence, and teamwork, and must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience. The position operates in a professional office environment using standard equipment, requires occasional travel between properties in various weather conditions, and involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, and remaining seated or standing for the majority of the workday, with up to 5% travel time. • Demonstrate courteous, professional, and team‑oriented behavior. • Travel between properties up to 5% of work time, in varying weather. • Hold a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training. • Possess at least one year of related leasing experience.

Benefits
Compensation is hourly at $15.30–$18.00, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, retirement plans, and other insurance options; pay may vary based on location, experience, and collective bargaining agreements, but will not fall below minimum wage.
