About the Role

As a Regional Housing Administrator you will deliver a customer‑focused, efficient regional administration service to the Neighbourhood Team, report communal repairs, maintain relevant records, manage gas safety processes, liaise with contractors, raise purchase orders, and handle garage tenancy records, lettings and terminations to maximise income collection. • Deliver customer‑focused regional administration service to Neighbourhood Team • Report communal repairs and maintain associated records • Manage gas safety processes and liaise with contractors • Raise purchase orders for repair and maintenance work • Maintain garage tenancy records and process lettings/terminations • Maximise income collection through effective administration • Analyse data from multiple sources and produce accurate records • Provide excellent customer service based on prior experience • Work up to four days per week on‑site in London and the remainder from home

What You Bring

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a customer‑service environment, be able to write clear, accurate and concise records, analyse data from multiple sources, and prioritise a busy workload while delivering excellent service. Benefits
