Senior Logistics Manager - Remote - Marine & Land
Oversee land and marine logistics for a luxury mixed-use development in Saudi Arabia.

About the Role
• Develop and execute comprehensive land and marine logistics plans. • Coordinate multimodal transport of heavy equipment, bulk materials and specialized items. • Optimize routes and schedules to reduce delays and costs. • Align material delivery schedules with project milestones through procurement liaison. • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs clearance. • Manage marine logistics including barge operations, port handling and offshore deliveries. • Coordinate with port authorities and shipping agents for timely vessel turnaround. • Plan site access, storage areas and internal movement of materials and equipment. • Implement safety and security protocols for all logistics activities. • Collaborate with PMC teams, contractors and suppliers to maintain seamless communication. • Provide logistics status updates in progress meetings. • Develop contingency plans for transport delays and supplier issues. • Monitor and mitigate logistics and supply‑chain risks. • Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations. • Keep accurate records of shipments, inventory and delivery schedules. • Safety first: ensure a safe, diverse and inclusive workplace. • Client focus: deliver quality outcomes and build long‑term client relationships. • Create opportunity: foster continuous improvement and development for people.

Our values shape how we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Civil Engineering or related field (desirable). • Over 10 years’ construction logistics experience, including land and marine transport. • Proven experience on PMC projects or with project management consultants. • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs clearance and port operations. • Proficiency in logistics software and tools such as ERP and RFID tracking. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
