About the Role
The coordinator will work closely with other marketers to align all outputs with Gensler’s brand standards while contributing to pursuit strategy and planning. They will also help develop new materials as business development needs arise and maintain key resource libraries such as resumes and case stories. • Design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral in line with brand standards • Participate in pursuit strategy and planning • Develop new materials to support business development activities • Manage multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines • Maintain resources and information systems such as resumes, case stories, and marketing drives • Collaborate on special projects and contribute to win‑strategy initiatives

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have 1‑5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably with exposure to professional services or AEC firms, and hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong written and verbal communication, graphic design expertise, and proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office are required. The role demands self‑motivation, excellent organization, and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, team‑oriented settings. • 1–5 years of professional experience in marketing or communications; AEC or professional‑services experience a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, Architecture, or Interior Design • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative graphic design ability, especially for presentations and collateral • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office • Self‑motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines
