About the Role
• Manage the complete project lifecycle from inception (RIBA Stage 0) through design, procurement, delivery, and commissioning. • Collaborate with the project management team to deliver capital investment building projects. • Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring client objectives are met. • Lead project management commissions and assume overall responsibility for successful delivery. • Plan, direct, and supervise operations of moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact. • Contribute to the operational running of the AECOM project management team.

What You Bring
The successful candidate will have a postgraduate qualification related to project management, construction, engineering or quantity surveying, and be pursuing chartered status with institutions such as SCSI, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or EI. APM affiliation is a plus. • Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying. • Progress towards chartered status with SCSI, RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or EI. • APM affiliation is beneficial. • Experience delivering building projects across RIBA Stages 0‑7.
