About the Role

The role involves learning and performing basic tasks related to the assigned business process. The employee will understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, follow training schedules, maintain professional communication, meet productivity targets, resolve invoice and quality control issues, and perform other duties as assigned. • Follow designated training schedule and achieve certifications at each level. • Maintain professional communication with internal customers. • Implement new procedures into daily routine. • Meet or exceed individual productivity requirements. • Resolve problem invoices urgently. • Address quality control issues in problem queues. • Perform frequent repetitive motions and maintain eye/hand/foot coordination. • Sit, talk, and hear constantly in an office setting using standard equipment. • Participate in stock purchase plan and 401(k) company match.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree. Preferred qualifications include six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, and finance, with additional advantage for similar process experience. Strong communication and analytical skills are valued even without experience. The position requires frequent repetitive motions, coordination, and constant sitting, talking, and hearing in an office environment, using standard office equipment. • Understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures. • Hold a B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree (required). • Have at least 6 months of relevant audit, accounts, or finance experience (preferred). • Demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills, even without prior experience.
