About the Role

The JL Advance role advances the preferred supplier program within PDS, demonstrating the value of JLL’s scale and supplier relationships. It oversees the management and execution of RFP, bidding, contracting and operational processes for subcontracted goods and services. In this position you will proactively manage internal and external customer expectations, ensure compliance with JLL’s sourcing, contracting and risk‑management policies, and work closely with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review contractual terms. You will set work priorities, assign deliverables, resolve issues with operations teams, and support diversity initiatives and supplier education. • Manage RFP/bid processes, contracting, and operational execution for subcontracted goods and services. • Proactively align internal and external customer expectations and ensure compliance with JLL sourcing and risk policies. • Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to review and approve contractual terms. • Prioritize work, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with operations and project teams to ensure client satisfaction. • Lead diversity program development, mentor suppliers, and conduct preferred‑supplier performance reviews. • Support JLL e‑commerce procurement initiatives and promote supplier education.

What You Bring

We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical abilities, proven leadership experience, and excellent oral and written communication skills. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of strategic sourcing or related experience—preferably within construction management—are required, with project‑management and business‑transition exposure considered a plus. The role is remote and available in Albany, NY; Columbus, OH; Harrisburg, PA; and Wilmington, DE, with an estimated total compensation ranging from $83,000 to $102,000 per year. This position does not provide visa sponsorship, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. • 5+ years strategic sourcing or related experience, preferably in construction management. • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four‑year institution. • Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; strong PC skills. • Project management and business transition experience (preferred).
